Nature Safari to the Last Waterfall in Austin

This free-spirited loving family trekked through woods and fields and wildflowers to the last waterfall in Austin, which is perhaps no longer there! We wanted pictures of their 6-month old nursing under (or above) a waterfall. But she was so mesmerized by the pastoral landscape that couldn’t tear her eyes away from it. I did manage to capture a few endearing moments of her feasting, and they are exquisite images, but I cannot post them here! Here she is in all her innocent beauty drinking in the glistening sky and cascading water.

Silly Blue-Eyes (and her silly friend)

Okay, I admit it. My son popped on a dress, to be silly, and joined the photo session. The son of a photographer hides when the camera is pointed at him and only wants to be photographed if someone else is getting all the attention…and his good-natured, astoundingly beautiful friend, was happy to share the fame.

Breathtaking beauties

Who’s prettier? The girls or the dresses? It’s a magnificent combination. And if they were just a little older and living on the other side of The Pond, maybe they would have ended up in Buckingham Palace with princes by their side…
