My job (and my passion) is to capture the heart and soul of your family, your spirit of fun and joy, and all the sweetness and love which makes your family unique. Together, in an initial consultation, we will explore your goals and desires for photography. This will enable us to design the perfect session to reflect the personality of your family. I ask what you love most about your children so that I can capture the tiny details and grand expressions that you want to remember forever. For some families, my light-drenched studio is the ideal backdrop for pure and dramatic images; others prefer the colors and vitality of nature, and the experience of being part of it. Wardrobe selection, prop styling and art direction will transform your images into stunning, meaningful memories. I put a great deal of thought and care into creating harmonious artistic color combinations and I am happy to provide an in-home visit to ensure that all items are seamlessly coordinated.

The photo session will last 1-2 hours in which your family is free to run wild, play, snuggle, or interact in whatever way is most comfortable with occasional cues from me. My style is raw, real, and intimate. I get up close so that I can photograph what your child is feeling. Then I step back so that I can experience the magical, often complex, parent-child bond. The sessions are relaxed and flow naturally with a rhythm that is set by your family.

Following this event you will be invited to a large-screen presentation of the best 40-50 images from your photo session. Each image is a carefully crafted work of art. Together we will look at the possibilities for album design, wall displays, and other boutique products. Each session includes a CD containing a collection of your artistically enhanced images in both web and print format. All products come with my guarantee that you will love them.
