Running, jumping, and changing clothes on a chilly day.

These kids arrived at the park and promptly said, ” I want to go home!” It was cooooold, but they were such good sports. They managed to have some fun, pose, play and  show me their great personalities, and I was rewarded with great photos.

Janet Jackson watch out!

This dancer came in first with her daughter for family photos and then called me back needing headshots for an upcoming audition…for Janet Jackson! She’s as talented as beautiful and offers dance classes for any of you moms who want to get in touch with your sexier side….

Breathtaking beauties

Who’s prettier? The girls or the dresses? It’s a magnificent combination. And if they were just a little older and living on the other side of The Pond, maybe they would have ended up in Buckingham Palace with princes by their side…

Festive holiday underpants and good cheer

This vivacious dynamo laughed so hard her body was shaking (third picture on right). It was so much fun capturing her energy and zeal. Life of the party!! Later on, when the novelty of performing for a delighted stranger wore off, I managed to rivet her attention with a real ice cream cone propped almost on top of the lens. And then I got to photograph her eating it!

The boy who would not be photographed

This 9-year old is so camera shy that there were no existing photographs of him smiling, and none at all with family. But we managed to amuse him (some tickling was necessary) and to engage him in one of his favorite sports (He was concentrating so intently on bubble blowing that he forgot I was there) for some enchanting and memorable images.

Eyes like jewels—clear, shining, mesmerizing.

Serious, sad, mischievous and delighted, we captured many lovely sides of this little girl. And we were lucky to have grapes, which she ate with vigor and generously shared, making the photo session fun and delicious.

Barely walking but ready to mow the Greenbelt

Even after TWO colossal diaper blow-outs on a chilly day, this little cutie was happily sporting his seven new front teeth. That precious guffaw makes me want to gobble him up.
